SoloAssist training is conducted one-on-one via remote assistance for 1 hour only.

We will call you on the date and time of your confirmed booking.

Payment

Training is $275 per 1 hour

Minimum charge 1 hour

Same day payment is required on receiving our invoice.

Preparation

Ensure your device is setup with at least one 27 or 32 inch screen. Preferably dual screen setup.

The more organised you are the more training we can cover in the 1 hour.

SoloAssist technical support is for subscribed paid users only.

Technical support is only free for SoloAssist software issues for if the software is not working to how it has been designed.

Technical Support does not cover your device hardware, operating system, files or folders mismanagement.

Non SoloAssist software issues are billed at $275 per hour. (1 hour minimum charge)
