The user number is found in your SoloAssist Home menu > About > Subscription section. It will read as User 1 or User 2 or User 3, etc.

Terms of Service
SoloAssist technical support is for subscribed paid users only.
Technical support is only free for SoloAssist software issues for if the software is not working to how it has been designed.
Technical Support does not cover your device hardware, operating system, files or folders mismanagement.
Non SoloAssist software issues are billed at $275 per hour. (1 hour minimum charge)
Explain the issue in step by step instructions in as much detail as possible to reproduce the problem. Please use the terminology in SoloAssist.
