Our estimating software includes quoting and job management and is suitable for builders, contractors and suppliers. It comes with a pre-built template, which can be customised to suit your own business requirements. Each view has a Help button that links directly to its instructions for guidance.

OverviewThe main quoting view, built up of Work Groups with interchangeable items for the job. Enter your supplier or sub-contractor quotes, material and labour quantities, or send them in from your Plan Scan on-screen takeoff. The contributing items from this view will automatically show as a print option for your Quotation.
OverviewSelect timber types and sizes and enter your timber quantities for the job to calculate their costs. You can also send quantities in from your Plan Scan on-screen takeoff. The contributing items from this view will automatically show as a print option for your Quotation.
OverviewEnter your Job Specifications, Prime Costs and Provisional Sum allowances. This helps you track the actual costs and balances owing against your allowances. The contributing items from this view will automatically show as a print option for your Quotation.
OverviewEnter your supplier contacts or import them from MYOB or Xero. The contact details are used for entering supplier quotes, Purchase/Work Orders, Variations and setting up a supplier’s price list.
OverviewUsed for tracking the jobs cash flow by entering the job’s expense invoices and employee labour against Cost Centre budgets. While entering your expense invoices, it allows you to send the invoice details to MYOB or Xero, preventing double data entry. It will also show an exact profit and loss in dollars and a percentage at any stage of the job.
OverviewThis is for entering each employee’s labour task, timeframe and cost, which gets allocated against its associated Cost Centre budget in Cost Control for tracking profit and loss.
OverviewRaise Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Quote Requests from the pre-entered items in the quote. This is a professional and organised way to order materials or labour with your business terms of trade attached. It shows a good history log to review previous orders.
OverviewFor pricing and raising job variations for clients and sub-contractors, allowing you to split variation payments into different Progress Payment stage claims. It shows a good history log to review previous variations.
OverviewWhere the job’s Progress Payment stage claims are set up. Displaying a revised contract total with any adjustments due to Prime Costs, Provisional Sums and Variations, and allowing you to raise Sales Invoices and apply payments received. It will also show the current balance owing to date.
