Product Demonstration

Product Demonstration

Although we give the following recommendations, we want you to find what works best for you that converts the sales lead into a sale in the most effective way possible.

A product demonstration typically takes 45min-1.5hrs depending on how you present the product and how many questions the customer asks. Keeping structure and time is key.

The product demonstration should be carried out via remote assistance using Team viewer or LogMeIn/RescueAssist. This is done by view the customer's computer after they have downloaded and installed the SoloAssist Trial.

Before starting the demonstration, ensure the customer is prepared in advance with their Company Details, Logo, Client Details, and Job Plans as you will need these to set them up in the demonstration. If the demonstration turns into a sale, then the customer already has been setup. This technique will make the SoloAssist software feel more personal in the demonstration print reports and throughout the trial period after the demonstration.

Each customer is a little different and your instincts and life experience of reading their personality and situation will help greatly. Try not to let the customer deviate you off course otherwise you could be there 2-3hrs later and exhausted! We don't want that!

Online Demonstration

By using online remote assistance with TeamViewer, LogMeIn RescueAssist, GoToAssist or other, you can conduct a SoloAssist product demonstration. Below we have recommended a chronological list of tasks and features to include in your presentation.

1
