Specification
This allows you to setup an item specification from the default specification selections in the Job Specifications Settings. Ensure you allocate the Item Type, and if you want the cost showing or not for the selected specification item.
Group
This is a Specification Group selection to help you find the default specification item you want to use in the quote/job. To view or edit the default group selections, go to the Job Specifications Settings.
Specification
Specification item selections only show from the Specification Group selected. This selection will be added onto the Job Specifications view as an optional specification item to add into the quote. To view or edit the default specification items, go to the Job Specifications Settings.
Allows you to setup an item specification from a Price List item. Ensure you allocate an Item Type and if you want a cost showing or not for the Specification.
Select from the Price List ► Category ► Group ► Item ► Supplier, to add the Specification item into the quote with the selected suppliers pricing.
Allocates the specification item to show: Included, Not Included, Owner To Supply (OTS), Prime Cost (PC) or a Provisional Sum (PS) item.
This will be the cost of the specified item in the quote.
Selecting this tick box removes the cost of the specification item from the quote.
Opens the Job Specifications Settings to view, edit or setup default specification groups and item selections.
Opens to the selected Price List Link item to view, edit, add new items or change prices.
