Select the name of the employee that completed this task.

Cost Centre
Select the Cost Centre budget you want allocated for the cost of the employee working on this task.

Description of Works
Enter the description of works completed of this task from this employee on this day.

Date
This is the date of when the works was carried out.

Work Hrs
Select the number of hours the employee worked on this task.

Cost / Hr

Change Out / Hr

Select which rate you want to use by ticking either Cost / Hr or Charge Out / Hr. These rates are setup in the Employee contact details.

Total
The total is calculated from the Work Hrs entered by the select Cost / Hr or Charge Out rate / Hr.

Next Task
This will auto log the task details and open a new task ready to enter the next lot of task details.
