Business Terms of TradeThis field is for entering your business terms of trade. This is used in Print Options when selecting Business Terms of Trade. This can be used for printing an Agreement/Contract for your client and combining it with other Print Options. Be sure to amend the sample Terms of Trade to suit your business structure.

This is to setup your general Terms & Conditions to appear on Client Variations.

Sub-Contractors Variation - Terms & Conditions
This is to setup your general Terms & Conditions to appear on your Sub-Contractor Variations.
Sales InvoicesTerms & Conditions
The field is for entering your Invoice Terms, which appears on your Invoices.

Comment
This field is for entering your Invoice Comment to the client, which appears on your Invoices. E.g. Thank you for your business!
Payment StagesThis is to setup your default payment stages selection from the New or Edit Payment Stage drop down list.
