Training can be arranged at any time through our training partner, EstimateAssist. Training is carried out one-on-one using remote assistance in 1 hour blocks. You will deal directly with an experienced training consultant who will show you through the SoloAssist software features and functions. With your training consultant you will also have the opportunity to receive specialised help with quoting and job management tasks that relate to your business.

Remote Assistance

Our Remote Assistance service allows us to demonstrate our products and train you in the use of those products. Remote Assistance puts us – virtually – in your office, on demand. Remote Assistance operates over the Internet and is completely safe and private, providing you with a faster service solution.
