Send to Quote

The Send to Quote confirmation window, is your final check of included and excluded items before sending the quantity (QTY) into your quote or job.

Area (m2)

This is the total Area (m2) to be sent into the estimate or quote. Note, SoloAssist will only send to items with the same or matching units of measure.

Perimeter

Length (Lm)

This is the total Lineal Meters (Lm) to be sent into the estimate or quote. Note, SoloAssist will only send to items with the same or matching units of measure.

Count

(with Lengths)

This is a total Count of Items with corresponding Lengths e.g. 7@3.6, 15@ 2.7 to be sent into the estimate or quote. Note, SoloAssist will only send to items with the same or matching units of measure.

Count

(each, bag, pack, roll, etc.)

This is the total number of Items counted to be sent into the estimate or quote. Note, SoloAssist will only send to items with the same or matching units of measure.

Add Item Link

Allows you to setup multiple Item links to send quantities (QTY) throughout the quote template.

Edit Item Link

Opens the selected Item Link to view or edit.

Delete Item Link

Deletes the selected Item Link. Once deleted, it cannot be undone.

Include

Items marked Included, will be sent a quantity from Plans. These items will be added into the job.

Exclude

Items marked Excluded, will not be sent into the job from Plans.

Override Existing QTY

This overrides and replaces the existing QTY of the selected Item in the quote with a new QTY.

Deduct from Quote

Items marked with a red (

) minus symbol will be sent into the estimate quote as a negative deduction off the existing QTY.

Save As Default Item

Saves the Item in your default Items database for future use.

Send To Quote

This sends your quantity into the estimate or quote. Once sent into the quote, the quantities can only be removed manually.
